Ordered the 10x14 solarium. No problem with order or delivery however installation is an issue. The instructions are very poor, only pictures so no details on how it fits together. Took 4 people 4 days to install. Loved the finished room however doors do not fit and close properly.

Now for the solarium, it is exactly what I hoped it would be.
The unit is just as shown online, and I was very pleased with the quality once I assembled it.
I had a few helpers when building and I recommend others do the same.

Overall, excellent customer service and excellent product.

I purchased and installed the 14ft by 10ft sun room. The structure is not all season in the sense that it is designed to retain heat efficiently but it can be used in all seasons . The dimensions in the product caption are the total space it displaces in terms of exterior spacial requirments. If you are looking for a specific square footage for activities within the structure, see the manufacturers specifications. To the outside wall it is 9ft and 1inch deep.
When the snow falls, I will update this review to offer any insights that may be helpful including the potential use of after market products and the effectiveness of supplemental heating.

Absolutely love our solarium. It looks beautiful and has been so functional for us. We hired someone to assemble, and they said it was very straight forward to build. Would highly recommend!
