We got ours about 5 years ago and it is awesome. Sturdy, held up to significant wind storms, ice and snow storms so far. We got it when we redid our deck and gratefully - we hired them to assemble and install (totally worth it!). We have to over our hot tub and deck and it works great. Highly recommend

We just received and installed our Dallas Palram 6100 12 x 20 gazebo and couldn't be happier.
The product came slightly scratched and missing a few nut covers but a quick call to Awnings Canada and a few days later, the issue was resolved with no questions asked. (Thanks by the way)

The unit went together relatively easy although I HIGHLY recommend 3 strong people when lifting the roof assembly. Although it wasn't that heavy, it was very awkward to maneuver into position. I must say, EVERY single screw, nut, and bolt went in like a breeze.
We spent some time making sure everything was level, which I think saved us a TON of time during the assembly.

Overall it took me (1) person about 12 hours (with the only help being the main assembly and the roof lifting) Keep in mind I went slow to ensure I wasn't messing anything up and double-checking the instructions.

With the pandemic nearing an end (hopefully) we'll be able to enjoy our days and nights under the sun and stars, WITHOUT mosquitos buzzing around. Probably my best outdoor purchase ever.
